  “We unfortunately had a really frustrating experience with your company. We were initially quoted a monthly rate of $37.99, but were then unexpectedly raised to $39.99 after you visited our home.   Overall, we’ve been incredibly pleased with Titan Alarm. We’ve always had a fantastic experience, and I especially want to highlight Bryan, our service technician. He’s been with us for the past year, and he’s consistently been courteous, professional, and really knowledgeable – a true asset to the company.   “The sales and installation team did a fantastic job getting everything set up for us. However, I was really disappointed to discover that Titan doesn't offer any technical support for the cameras they sell – which was a key factor for me.   “I’ve been experiencing some significant issues with my security panel. It hasn’t been connecting to report incidents to the police or fire department since the start of the year, and to make matters worse, the Titan unit is now located in Colorado – which is completely unexpected. I attempted to upgrade the panel myself, but unfortunately, I hadn’t received any service charges for January.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with Titan Alarm – it’s a world away from a bad experience I had with another company. I initially hired a different security firm for my home in Arizona, and it was a huge mistake. They used faulty equipment, made a lot of connection problems, and many of the features simply didn’t work as advertised.” report abuse
