  “The sales and installation team did a fantastic job with the cameras. However, I was really disappointed to discover that Titan doesn’t offer any technical support for cameras purchased through them. I specifically chose Titan expecting their expertise on the products they were selling, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to assist with troubleshooting.” report abuse

  “It sounds like you’ve been having a real problem with your security panel – it hasn't been working correctly since the start of the year and now the Titan unit is located in Colorado.
