  I was really disappointed with my experience. I made a reservation the night before and arrived on time to pick up the truck. However, the employee told me I couldn’t return it at closing time, which was incredibly frustrating since the reservation system still showed it was available until 8pm. To make matters worse, he misrepresented the refund policy, saying it would be processed within 24 hours, when the email clearly stated it would take 3-5 business days. Overall, this was a very confusing and misleading experience, and I wouldn’t recommend renting from here. report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ve been consistently disappointed with their equipment – this time it was a concrete grinder, and it was completely unreliable. It just wasn’t ready to use, and I wasted a half-day driving back and forth only to be offered a paltry $50. It felt like a really poor compensation for the time lost. You’re better off going to Sunbelt or another rental company; their service just isn’t worth the trouble. report abuse
