  “I rented a truck today, and the truck itself was perfectly adequate. However, the service I received from the two employees, JJ and someone whose name started with an ‘X’, was really disappointing. They seemed incredibly unhappy and their rudeness made the whole experience frustrating. Honestly, it felt like they were actively disliking their jobs. I just needed a truck and didn’t want to deal with that kind of attitude, and I’ll be going to a different Home Depot in the future.” report abuse

  “Mr. K. was a really difficult manager to deal with. He seemed to think he was completely in charge and often disregarded the advertised prices, insisting on his own rules. He had a very dismissive attitude, often making me feel like just a visitor in his store, and frankly, he came across as quite arrogant.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experiences at this Home Depot location. I’ve noticed a consistent issue with the staff – they seem unhappy and often rude. Frankly, the individual employees are the face of the store, and it’s not representing well. I had a particularly concerning incident when I returned a rented tool. The employee simply tossed my contract, containing personal information like my name and address, into the trash. When I asked for it back, he dismissed my concerns about identity theft with a dismissive response. The manager then confirmed he simply threw it into a trash bag and compacted it. Overall, I’ve experienced incorrect pricing, a poorly stocked store, difficult returns, and just a generally negative attitude from the staff. I wouldn't recommend this location. report abuse

  “The truck rental itself was really easy – the process was smooth and exactly what I needed. It was a nice truck and surprisingly straightforward to drive, even though it was the first time I’d handled something like that. My only real issue was the smell; it had a strong cigarette odor that could have been better.” report abuse
