  “I had a really frustrating experience at Home Depot today. My friend’s motorcycle broke down, and we needed a trailer to transport it. After renting one, the clerk was unable to unlock the cable lock securing it to a tree. Despite trying to help, they couldn’t resolve the issue and ultimately canceled our rental. It seemed incredibly inefficient – a simple unlocking would have taken just a minute, and they’d have avoided a lot of wasted time and a scramble to find a trailer elsewhere.” report abuse
