Overall, we were really pleased with Az Windows. Jerry did a fantastic job communicating with us, whether it was on the phone or via email. And Dustin, the installer, was just brilliant – incredibly professional and he kept the work area spotless, even hauling away the old windows and materials. What really stood out was that he took the time at the end to walk us through how the sliding windows worked and how to manage the screens. It was clear he genuinely wanted to ensure we were happy with the installation. We’ll definitely be using Az Windows to replace all our windows over time.

I was really pleased with my experience with AZ Valley Windows. The pricing felt competitive compared to other window companies, and the windows themselves seem to be very high quality. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Dustin, my installer – he did an absolutely phenomenal job and was incredibly courteous and professional. Overall, I’m very happy with the service!

Overall, our experience with this company was pretty uncomfortable. The salesman seemed very pushy and got frustrated when we asked for some time to consider our options. He made some unprofessional comments, and frankly, his criticism of other companies didn’t come across well. Honestly, it felt like a high-pressure sales tactic. However, we ultimately chose them for our windows because we really didn’t want to go through another difficult interaction. We were very pleased with the office staff and the install crew – they were all incredibly friendly and professional.

“I was really pleased with the work this company did last year installing new windows and doors on the west side of my house in Scottsdale. They were incredibly reliable and got the job done efficiently, and I felt it was a great value for the price. I’d definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone I know.”

Overall, our experience was pretty good. The installers were fantastic – really helpful and professional, and the guy who helped me choose and order the door was great too. However, I had a really frustrating experience with the office staff. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive, and seemed unwilling to accommodate my needs. It was really disappointing, especially since I’m a paying customer. The office manager did try to reach out before closing, but it felt like a final, disrespectful attempt to frustrate me. Despite that negative interaction, I’m happy with the quality of the door and the installation work itself – it looks beautiful and they did a great job.”

I was extremely disappointed with my appointment today, Tuesday, March 23, 2021, with Brian. He simply didn’t show up, and we received no communication whatsoever – no call, no attempt to reschedule. As returning residents of Arizona, we’ve unfortunately observed this type of behavior being a recurring issue with some businesses here. Given the high level of competition in the Arizona Valley Windows market, it’s concerning that they seem to devalue their scheduled customers by constantly shifting appointments for sales representatives. I’ve checked their ratings, and it appears this is a common complaint.

“I just wanted to say how incredibly pleased we are with the work the two gentlemen did installing our new doors today. They were both so professional and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The doors themselves look fantastic, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results!”

“We were absolutely thrilled with the work this team did for us – installing our new windows has made a huge difference! We’ve noticed a real improvement in how well the house keeps heat and noise out, and the light coming in is just fantastic – we’re actually keeping the shutters open all the time now to enjoy the view.”

I can’t recommend AZ Valley Windows. I chose them based on a recommendation, but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, poorly done. I needed replacement windows that matched the Marvin windows I’d had installed in a new sunroom ten years ago, and initially, AZ Valley Windows told me it wasn’t possible. They then insisted my sunroom windows weren’t actually Marvin windows, despite having the original paperwork. The installation itself was a disaster. They crammed the new windows into the existing frames with excessive caulking – completely bypassing the proper stucco application – and ended up with a very awkward and unprofessional-looking result. It was clear they weren’t prioritizing quality or matching the original installation. When I raised my concerns to the owner, he offered flimsy excuses and hasn’t even responded to my emails. To add insult to injury, Marvin themselves then removed their recommendation of the company. Absolutely not – I wouldn’t hire them again.

“I wasn’t really happy with the experience. The salesperson spent over an hour and a half at my home, and the quote for six windows and two slider doors came in at over $45,000. I’d definitely suggest getting quotes from a few different companies and doing your homework before making a decision.”
