I’m incredibly disappointed with the experience we had getting new windows from this company. We specifically requested a full frame rebuild and were assured they wouldn’t do any retrofitting, but they went ahead and modified the windows anyway, claiming it wasn’t retrofitting because of stucco work. Several of the windows are now installed unevenly, leaving noticeable gaps when they open, and one window was completely mismeasured – we’re still waiting for the correct one after a three-month wait. To make matters worse, after the first rain, water started pouring into one of the windows, and despite multiple attempts to contact them for a month, we’ve received no response or help. The patching material has already begun to peel off, and frankly, we deeply regret our decision to use this company. Following my initial review, they finally addressed the leaking window, but offered no explanation or solution. It’s frustrating that they couldn't even acknowledge the issue. Now, we’re stuck waiting for another damaged window to arrive, and the lack of communication is simply unacceptable. If you're considering new windows, please avoid this company – it’s a costly and incredibly frustrating experience.

“I was absolutely thrilled with the shower installation – Max and Todd were fantastic! They were so communicative, kept me fully in the loop throughout the whole process, and patiently answered all my questions. Honestly, their service was exceptional and I’d definitely recommend them.”

“I just wanted to say how incredibly grateful I am for Todd, Max, and Frank! They were fantastic – really thorough and did a wonderful job on our new shower, which has completely eliminated my worries about slipping or tripping. Plus, they always left the room and garage spotless.”

Adam and Fabian were fantastic – they really went above and beyond with the five windows we had installed in the Atrium today. They were incredibly detail-oriented, noticing and correcting issues caused by the age of our house settling, and they took the time to discuss placement options with us. Their clear explanations and proposed solutions made the whole process smooth and professional. We highly recommend them!

“We’re absolutely thrilled with the entire process – from the initial sales visit right through to the final installation and even the stucco repair. The quality of the black windows is outstanding, and we especially appreciate that they were able to match both the quality and price that we were looking for.”

“Marcos and Leo did a fantastic job replacing our windows and doors. They were both really professional and explained the entire process clearly. They were incredibly careful and meticulous in their work, and they also took the time to clean up thoroughly after themselves. It’s clear they really put in the effort, and we’re very happy with the quality of the product and the workmanship.”

I’m incredibly frustrated with Lifetime Windows. We bought a front door from them at the Home Show last summer, and it’s been a complete nightmare. We ended up spending $17,000, and it’s taken five months to get here, and the door isn't even finished! The worst part is we can’t even lock it. After contacting them to complain, I was passed off to the Colorado office, and the representative was unbelievably rude and dismissive. It was clear he wasn't taking my concerns seriously. I was left feeling completely defeated and upset, and frankly, I just want my money back – I don’t want to deal with this anymore.

“I have to say, the installation experience with Adam and Martin was fantastic! They were incredibly professional and kept the work area so clean – a huge plus in my opinion. I absolutely love the new slider door; it’s even better than I anticipated. Thank you both for a truly smooth and beautiful installation!”

Adam and Fabian did a fantastic job replacing our windows today. They were incredibly courteous, really hardworking, and just friendly guys – we really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude.

“We hired Lifetime Windows to replace four windows in our condo, including a garden window. We were really attracted to their ability to handle the garden window installation. The initial three windows went in really well, but then they discovered a mismeasurement with the garden window – they had to reinstall our old one, which set us back nearly nine weeks while they waited for the correct size. It was incredibly frustrating getting updates; we had to constantly call management to find out when the new window would arrive. Eventually, they came back and cut the window on-site and filled the gaps with foam, which we had to live with for weeks. It felt like a really disorganized process. Ultimately, they decided to just leave the second window in place and finish the job, but the lack of communication throughout the whole thing was a huge problem. The original manager seemed to disappear, and they didn’t properly brief the new one on our issues. We ended up having to chase them for weeks just to get the work scheduled. While the installers themselves did a good job, the overall experience with Lifetime was a massive headache, and we received a 20% discount as compensation. Sadly, we’ve since moved, and we won’t be using them again.”
