  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. From the start, it felt like they were trying to shift the blame for a clearly defective product onto me. After my window broke – and they immediately attributed that to invalidating the issues with the frame – it took constant follow-up and pressure to even get a response. Then, after contacting the BBB, they offered a ridiculous solution: just leaning on the door, claiming there was some “self-adjusting bar” inside. Of course, that didn’t fix the problem, and the door still slams into the frame. It’s just a constant battle of arguing, which makes it clear they don’t value their customers. Because of this, I’m planning to escalate this to the ROC and the BBB again. And, considering Morgan Taylor builds homes using this contractor, I’d advise anyone considering a Morgan Taylor property to proceed with caution – it seems like they’re dealing with significant issues with their windows and doors. report abuse

  I’d really advise against working with this company. They demanded full payment upfront before doing anything, and when I explained I’d prefer to pay them upon completion to ensure accountability, they refused. It felt very strange and a bit shady to me. report abuse

  “I was really concerned about the driving behavior of truck #51 this morning – the driver seemed impatient and cut people off while pulling a trailer. It’s a risky move, especially when you’re hauling a load. Unfortunately, it seems like the company isn't prioritizing driver safety or courteous behavior. Because of this, and given the lack of response from the company, I plan to report this incident to ADOT using their USDOT number.” report abuse

  “I wanted to share some feedback regarding deliveries to your business. I’ve noticed several issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. Firstly, drivers seem to be encroaching on the surrounding streets while waiting for deliveries, which is causing congestion. Also, I’ve observed drivers not respecting other road users, including failing to stop at stop signs and using their bright headlights, which is a real hazard for oncoming traffic. I was unfortunately nearly hit myself on Roosevelt Avenue this morning. It’s really important that your drivers prioritize safety and share the road – slowing down and always checking for pedestrians and other vehicles is crucial.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’ve had a really frustrating experience trying to work with this company. Joseph, the main point of contact, is incredibly inconsistent – I’ve sent multiple emails and voicemails and haven’t received a reply most of the time. It feels like he’s just not responsive, and overall, it’s been a very poor experience. I’d recommend looking at other companies for your needs. report abuse
