My husband, who works in the trades, was really impressed with their expertise. They came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it completely on time – just one week later! They worked so hard and I especially appreciated the financing option, which was handled seamlessly. I’ll definitely be calling them back to tackle the concrete stairs and walkway.   I’m absolutely thrilled with the work All-Star Basements did for us in February 2023. We had a serious wet basement problem, and I wanted to wait until now to see if the solution really worked – and it absolutely does! After all the recent rain, my basement would normally be soaked, but it’s completely dry thanks to the system they installed.   Overall, we were really pleased with All-Star Plumbing – it’s a shame we’ve had to use them twice now, but their work has consistently been excellent. They provided a fantastic quote, which was significantly lower than American Waterworks, and they really listened to our needs. The team did a great job with the cleanup, kept us fully informed throughout the process, stuck to the original estimate, and were happy to make adjustments based on our feedback.
