  “I can’t recommend this company highly enough! We were initially looking at some of the bigger names in Rochester, but honestly, the salesmen and the prices just didn’t impress us. We were really hoping to find a smaller, more focused company, and we’re so glad we kept searching. Scott and his team were fantastic – not only were they the most affordable, but Scott really took the time to explain everything to us. The basement waterproofing work they did was genuinely superior to what we’d seen elsewhere, and the way they approached it was incredible. They were incredibly meticulous, bringing in air scrubbers and carefully closing off vents, and—I was amazed—there was practically no dust! Other companies had told us they’d be using concrete saws and that minimizing dust wouldn’t be possible, but Scott used a jackhammer with a vacuum. It was such a relief to have such a clean and professional job.   “I absolutely recommend Scott Benicke and Basement Water Control. I got several estimates, and it was clear that some of the larger companies were just inflating their prices. The sales process with them was a bit lengthy, and I realized the person I was speaking with wasn’t actually the one doing the work. But working with Scott was a completely different experience – he’s a local small business owner with years of experience, and he was so straightforward and easy to talk to. We ended up saving a significant amount of money not just by comparing quotes, but also because he identified work that wasn’t really needed.
