“The installation team was fantastic – really professional, attentive to detail, and took great care of everything. They explained the system clearly and left the area spotless.”

“We hired this company to level our garage apron back in September, and unfortunately, the problem has persisted. The initial leveling work lifted about 6 inches during the winter, and we documented it with a photo in January. We contacted their customer service, but they didn’t even send someone to investigate or take pictures themselves. It took weeks to get a service appointment scheduled, and when Alex Whitney arrived, he confirmed the issue was still present. He escalated it to Eric Lopez, who shockingly told us the warranty didn’t cover it – despite the warranty clearly stating that any lifting more than 1/4 inch would be fixed free of charge. We feel completely misled and like the company is deliberately avoiding honoring their warranty. We paid for a solution, and the problem is still there. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes us believe they’re not being upfront with their customers.”

“We were so pleased with [Company Name]’s work mitigating the radon in our basement this year. From start to finish, they were fantastic! Our sales representative was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and he didn’t pressure us at all. The work crew was really fast and efficient, and we’re thrilled to see our radon levels have dropped to almost zero – a huge success!”

“I just wanted to say thank you to Lane – the customer service was fantastic! They really took the time to explain everything and were incredibly helpful when I had questions.”

Overall, the team did a fantastic job – they were really knowledgeable and professional, and we were really pleased that they left the area spotless with no mess left behind.

“I had a really negative experience with this company. They falsely reported a water leak during the inspection of a home I was selling, which ultimately cost me $6,000 in the sale. Because of this, I strongly advise anyone using their services to get a second opinion – it’s really important to verify their findings.”

I was really disappointed with my experience with American Waterworks. I got an estimate to level my concrete steps, and two men came out to measure and assess the situation – they even showed me a video and used a probe to check for footings. I hired them and put down a deposit, and the project was scheduled for about ten weeks later. However, on the day of the appointment, one of the workers immediately became dismissive, insisting that there were footings and that nothing could be done that day. He completely disregarded the previous assessment and the video. He then offered a different, more expensive process, but said they didn’t have the right equipment to do it and left after just nineteen minutes. To make matters worse, this was part of a larger plan – I needed another contractor to stabilize my overhang while I waited for American Waterworks. I couldn’t just leave my steps unsupported for another two months, and nobody has even bothered to apologize or offer a solution. It’s incredibly frustrating.

I had a serious drainage problem around my garage and back doors – the concrete was sinking and water was pooling instead of flowing away. I contacted a few companies and chose American Waterworks after their salesman promised a simple fix with polyjacking. Unfortunately, once the crew arrived, they discovered they couldn't actually lift the slabs or create the necessary slope. They seemed almost nonchalant about it, like this was a regular occurrence. Despite the initial discount, the project still ended up costing me $2,000 – money that would have been much better spent on replacing the concrete entirely. I was really disappointed because I hadn't realized the core part of the job wouldn't work, and I definitely wouldn’t have agreed to the extra services they offered. Be cautious of overly optimistic promises from American Waterworks’ sales team – it seems they weren't able to deliver on their claims.

“I’m really pleased with the progress and how things have been resolved thanks to the new system. Jose and his team were fantastic – incredibly considerate, professional, and they explained everything so clearly. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands.”
-
“Just be aware that they don’t make it super clear – they hold your entire deposit if you cancel, but that detail isn’t highlighted.”
