“This renovation project was a really frustrating experience. It took years to complete, and frankly, it felt like we were constantly chasing them down. We were incredibly disappointed to discover they hadn’t actually done any work in our building, despite showcasing a photo of it on their website. Our building was riddled with documented warranty repairs they consistently delayed until the warranty expired, simply to avoid addressing the issues. It’s estimated that around 15% of the originally demoed space remains unfinished to this day. I strongly advise against using this contractor – I have extensive photographic evidence to support my concerns.”
