  “I had a really frustrating experience working with Martin. I completed some touch-up work on one house and received payment, then moved on to another. However, after finishing that second job, Martin suddenly reduced the payment to half of what was originally agreed upon, claiming that’s his usual practice. Now he’s refusing to pay the remaining balance of $4500 – it’s completely unacceptable.” report abuse

We signed a contract back in October with a closing date of December 7th, but it’s been nothing like the great experience we were promised.
