My husband and I went through a really challenging experience with a previous builder during the design phase, and we were understandably cautious about finding the right team. We interviewed quite a few builders, but Steve immediately stood out. From the very beginning, we felt completely comfortable and confident that he was the one for us. Steve was incredible at keeping us in the loop, being completely open and transparent about costs, timelines, and any challenges that arose. He truly treated our budget like his own, and he always helped us refine our vision.   Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Regency Custom Homes and Steve. They completely transformed our house – adding a new bedroom and bathroom, remodeling our existing bathrooms, updating our office, and redesigning our entryway. Everything was done to a really high standard; it’s both functional and incredibly stylish and exactly what we wanted. Steve and his team were fantastic – so professional, they were always on time, and they really took the time to listen to our ideas and offer helpful suggestions.
