  “Overall, the people were very pleasant, but we unfortunately had a really frustrating experience when we encountered problems. The hot water heater wasn’t working correctly from the start, and it took them an incredibly long time – several months – to finally get it repaired and, eventually, replaced.   “We purchased our Cachet home in Grayhawk back in 2018. The neighborhood, Renaissance, was built around 2002 and had about 60 homes. During our recent remodel, we’ve unfortunately discovered that all of the windows – both upstairs and downstairs – need to be replaced.” report abuse

  “We really loved our home at Cachet and especially appreciate the fantastic layout – it’s one of the best they offer.   “We absolutely love the beauty of our new home, but our experience with Cachet has unfortunately left us feeling disappointed. The build took longer than originally promised – we were told it would be finished in seven months, but it actually took nine. Plus, we discovered a crack in the granite in our master bathroom shortly after we moved in, which was really concerning.” report abuse

  “When we moved into our Cachet house in Union Park, Norterra back in September 2020, we were pleased with the delivery in September 2021. However, we did notice some issues with the granite in the kitchen – there were several cracks in prominent areas.” report abuse
