  “Overall, the people were really nice, but we unfortunately had a really frustrating experience when we had issues. The hot water heater was faulty from the start, and it took them an incredibly long time – months, actually – to get it fixed. We had to go back multiple times before they finally agreed to replace the whole unit. ” report abuse

We’d worked with David Weekley in this neighborhood before, and that time was really positive – the sales team was incredibly helpful in addressing any concerns, and the staff were genuinely friendly.   “We bought our Cachet home in Grayhawk back in 2018, and it was built in 2002 as part of the Renaissance community – there were around 60 homes built there. During our recent remodel, we’ve unfortunately had to replace all of our windows, both above and below.” report abuse

  “We really loved our home at Cachet and still appreciate the fantastic layout – it’s one of the best of their designs. However, we were quite disappointed with how things were handled after we moved out in November 2021.   “We absolutely love the beautiful house itself, but our experience with Cachet has unfortunately left us feeling disappointed. The build took longer than originally promised – they quoted us nine months instead of the expected seven – and we’ve since discovered some issues, like a crack in the granite in our master bathroom shortly after we moved in.” report abuse
