“We absolutely love our home built by Cachet Homes. We moved in over a year ago, and honestly, the quality of their work in Arizona is head and shoulders above anything else we’ve seen. They’re a true standout – we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you’re building a new house.”
-
“Overall, the people were very pleasant, but we unfortunately had a really frustrating experience when we encountered problems. The hot water heater wasn’t working correctly from the start, and it took them an incredibly long time – several months – to finally get it repaired and, eventually, replaced. It felt like a lot of back and forth.”
-
“Overall, the experience wasn’t quite as smooth as our previous build with David Weekley in a similar neighborhood. While the DW team was helpful in addressing any concerns, and the employees were friendly, it lacked the seamlessness we’d come to expect from them.”
-
“We purchased our Cachet home in Grayhawk back in 2018. The neighborhood, Renaissance, was built around 2002 and had about 60 homes. During our recent remodel, we’ve unfortunately discovered that all of the windows – both upstairs and downstairs – need to be replaced.”
-
“We really loved our home at Cachet and especially appreciate the fantastic layout – it’s one of the best they offer. However, we were very disappointed with how things were left after we moved out in November 2021. Several issues weren’t addressed, and we were told they would be taken care of.”
-
“We absolutely love the beauty of our new home, but our experience with Cachet has unfortunately left us feeling disappointed. The build took longer than originally promised – we were told it would be finished in seven months, but it actually took nine. Plus, we discovered a crack in the granite in our master bathroom shortly after we moved in, which was really concerning.”
-
“Cachet Homes really stands out – we’ve bought two houses from them and were consistently blown away by the quality of their work and how carefully everything was done. What really impressed us was the fantastic customer service, both during the build and even after we moved in.”
-
“When we moved into our Cachet house in Union Park, Norterra back in September 2020, we were pleased with the delivery in September 2021. However, we did notice some issues with the granite in the kitchen – there were several cracks in prominent areas.”
-
“My family and I have had such a positive experience living in Cachet Homes communities – we’ve loved both of our houses there! The staff have always been incredibly responsive and friendly whenever we’ve needed a little help, and I wholeheartedly recommend them and their lovely homes.”
-
“We were really excited to book our new home at Cachet House in Union Park back in July 2020. Unfortunately, it was closed to new bookings by the end of September 2021, which meant the construction took about 16 months. While I appreciate the impact COVID had on supply chains, I was disappointed with…”
