“We absolutely love our home that Cachet Homes built for us in 2024. We’ve been living here for over a year now, and we can honestly say the quality of their work in Arizona is unlike anything we’ve seen – they really stand out from the competition.”
-
“Overall, the people were really nice, but we unfortunately had a really frustrating experience when we had issues. The hot water heater was faulty from the start, and it took them an incredibly long time – months, actually – to get it fixed. We had to go back multiple times before they finally agreed to replace the whole unit. ”
-
“Overall, the experience wasn’t quite as smooth as we’d hoped. We’d worked with David Weekley in this neighborhood before, and that time was really positive – the sales team was incredibly helpful in addressing any concerns, and the staff were genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, this time around, it felt a bit lacking in that same level of support and ease.”
-
“We bought our Cachet home in Grayhawk back in 2018, and it was built in 2002 as part of the Renaissance community – there were around 60 homes built there. During our recent remodel, we’ve unfortunately had to replace all of our windows, both above and below.”
-
“We really loved our home at Cachet and still appreciate the fantastic layout – it’s one of the best of their designs. However, we were quite disappointed with how things were handled after we moved out in November 2021. Several issues were left unresolved, despite assurances that they would be addressed.”
-
“We absolutely love the beautiful house itself, but our experience with Cachet has unfortunately left us feeling disappointed. The build took longer than originally promised – they quoted us nine months instead of the expected seven – and we’ve since discovered some issues, like a crack in the granite in our master bathroom shortly after we moved in.”
-
“Cachet Homes really sets itself apart – the quality of their work and the way they pay attention to detail is just outstanding. We’ve bought two homes from them, and we’ve been so impressed with how helpful and responsive they’ve been throughout the whole process, both during and after construction.”
-
“When we moved into our Cachet house in Union Park, Norterra back in September 2020, we were pleased with the delivery in September 2021. However, shortly after, we noticed several cracks in the granite countertops in the kitchen – particularly in prominent areas.”
-
“My family and I have really loved our experience living in the Cachet Homes communities – we’ve moved twice now and absolutely adore our houses. The team has always been fantastic, incredibly responsive and a genuine pleasure to work with whenever we’ve had any small issues. I wholeheartedly recommend them and their beautiful homes!”
-
“We were really excited to book our house at Cachet House in Union Park back in July 2020. Unfortunately, it wasn’t ready for us to move in until the end of September 2021, which meant the construction took about 16 months. I appreciate that COVID has undoubtedly caused supply chain issues, but I was disappointed with…”
