  I can’t recommend Cookson Door Sales highly enough! They were fantastic when I needed an emergency repair – they quickly replaced a broken spring on my garage door, which was a huge relief as I couldn’t open it at all. The team was really nice, efficient, and the price was very reasonable. They also did a great job installing a keypad for me. Seriously, a pleasure to work with! report abuse

  “I had a really bad experience with Cactus Garage Door in Tempe. They initially quoted a price of $600 to just replace the spring on my door, but ended up charging a whopping $3500! It was a complete rip-off. Thankfully, Cookson Door came out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently – just some simple adjustments for under $125. I was incredibly happy with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Avoid Cactus Garage Door of Tempe – you’ve been warned!” report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. The customer service was completely unhelpful – the person I spoke with couldn't provide any useful information, and then they simply ignored my request for a Clopay reference. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using them; I’d suggest going with a more reliable company. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Cookson Doors, especially Michael Dryer. Our old garage door was constantly failing, and sadly, it finally gave way. I reached out to Michael after seeing his connection to the Chargers on Facebook, and I’m so glad I did. He helped us find a fantastic door – it’s a really unique design with a wood look and barn straps that really stands out. Getting the HOA approval was a little tricky, but Michael walked us through the whole process with absolutely no pressure. The installation was quick and efficient, and the new door and opener are amazing! It’s holding up great, and the enhanced security features – like the constantly changing code – give us real peace of mind.   “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I requested three garage doors and it took an unbelievable amount of back-and-forth – countless phone calls and emails – just to get a simple quote. Worse, when they finally did respond, their price was over $2000 more expensive than another local dealer was charging for the exact same doors.
