  Ralph from Vortex was fantastic – we’d been struggling with our garage door for quite a while and another company had been unable to fix it.   I can’t recommend Vortex Doors highly enough. They responded to my emergency call this morning and sent two people, Ralph and AJ, out in the afternoon. They were both incredibly positive and professional, and did fantastic work – even working late to get it all done. Really great company! report abuse

  “I’ve used Vortex doors before for repairs, and generally had decent service. However, I recently had a really frustrating experience. My small business was broken into, and my glass door was completely shattered. It’s been ten days now without any updates or a quote from Vortex. To make matters worse, the door was still boarded up after nine days! I had to call another company, who came the next day and quickly replaced the glass for $543.15. Honestly, the service I received from Vortex was unacceptable, and I’m really confused about the charge for just boarding up the door – it ended up costing more than the glass replacement.” report abuse
