  Carlos was a truly fantastic installer – he really took the time to explain everything about the different water heater options, including the ramifications of each. He has a great personality and was incredibly honest about what would work best for my house, specifically considering my location in Prescott Valley.   Justin Ontiveros was fantastic – truly a professional. He arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, worked very efficiently and quietly, and he clearly took the time to explain everything to me.   Jacques is a fantastic plumber – really top-notch work! He quickly and efficiently handled both some routine maintenance on our water heater and installed a new pressure regulator. His attention to detail was incredible; it was almost like he was creating a piece of art, not just doing plumbing. Plus, he was a pleasure to have around – friendly and personable.   “I was so relieved when Wolfgang’s sent Mark out to look at the issues with our upstairs rooms – they just weren’t heating or cooling properly.   Dustin from Wolfgang was fantastic! He responded so quickly to our call on Father’s Day, even with the heat – it was 114 degrees that day. He diagnosed the problem right away and clearly explained his plan to fix it. We really appreciated the before-and-after photos and his detailed explanation of each part he replaced. Best of all, he offered helpful suggestions without any pressure to buy unnecessary things.
