He was so polite, professional, and really took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions thoroughly.   “We’ve been incredibly happy with Scottsdale Air’s service for years – they’ve always taken care of our cooling needs with both new installations and regular maintenance. The technicians we’ve worked with are always professional and do a great job. However, I wanted to specifically commend Jarred S. for his service yesterday. He really went above and beyond, thoroughly cleaning and inspecting our four units and explaining everything clearly with helpful photos and recommendations. What really stood out was that he volunteered to stay late to complete the work, which was fantastic service. Jarred is truly knowledgeable, capable, and a pleasure to work with – we definitely hope to have him service our units again.” report abuse

  “I wholeheartedly recommend Hector – he’s a fantastic technician! He really took the time to thoroughly inspect my AC system, explained everything he was doing in detail, and kept me updated every step of the way. Beyond his technical skills, he was incredibly courteous and pleasant to have around. He also made a great recommendation for a new air handling system, though I currently have standalone air purifiers, which is perfectly fine. Honestly, Hector is a real asset to Scottsdale Air, and you should definitely ask for him when you book your service!” report abuse

  “We were incredibly frustrated after years of dealing with another company to fix a persistent problem, and frankly, we’d wasted a lot of money trying to get it resolved. Scottsdale Air Tech, specifically Austin, were a breath of fresh air. He quickly identified the root cause, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue – and all for the cost of a standard service call.   “I wholeheartedly recommend Scottsdale Air – they’ve been fantastic for all my heating and cooling needs. I actually found them a couple of years ago when I needed a new unit, and I’ve been incredibly impressed ever since. Beyond the great prices and excellent warranties, the whole team is just outstanding. I’ve always had a great experience, from the friendly people in the office to the skilled technicians. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Jesse Devine, who did my fall maintenance checkup today. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, and he really took the time to explain everything he was doing, even sending pictures. It was so appreciated that he called ahead and offered to come in two hours early – that was fantastic service! My cat even seemed to like him, which is a bonus! ” report abuse

  “I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience I had with Scottsdale Air today – it was my first time using their services. We got our pre-summer tune-up scheduled, and Hector was fantastic! He arrived right on time and even gave me a heads-up when he was 30 minutes away, which was really helpful. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I was even able to have a Zoom meeting while he worked, and it all went really smoothly. Honestly, everything is working perfectly now – we’re ready for the Arizona summer! I’m hoping to not need his services again until next year, but if I do, I’ll definitely be requesting Hector.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed to have to write this review. I’ve been a loyal customer of Scottsdale Air for years, consistently scheduling twice-yearly maintenance checks and occasional repairs. However, after a recent experience, I won’t be returning and I won’t be recommending them to anyone. It started when a salesperson and the technician arrived, and they insisted my compressor needed replacement, but then offered a great deal on a new unit. I got a second opinion from another company, and they confirmed my compressor was perfectly fine – it just needed some routine servicing. The other company even showed me detailed pictures and explained everything clearly. Sadly, when I contacted Scottsdale Air about this, Alex offered to waive my renewal fee, but the charge was applied two days ago and I haven't been able to get through to them to resolve it. Ultimately, my experience has completely changed my opinion of Scottsdale Air. report abuse
