He really knew his stuff, checked everything from the unit itself to the ductwork, and he was so considerate of our home. It’s great to have someone who’s both knowledgeable and respectful. I also really appreciated the service I received from Derek during a recent visit. He was incredibly thorough and explained everything so clearly, answering all my questions and offering helpful advice.   “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. My AC wasn't cooling, and they immediately tried to pressure me into buying a whole new unit – it felt completely like a sales tactic. Thankfully, another company arrived within 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a simple capacitor replacement. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them at all.   “I’m so glad I went with A/C Experts a little over a year ago. I was really pleased with the service and the price, and I’m finally taking the time to share my experience. Honestly, I’d been hesitant to leave a review until now! I chose them specifically because the bigger companies were just too expensive and didn’t seem to listen to what I wanted. My salesman, Scott, was fantastic – he wasn’t pushy at all, was incredibly respectful, and always answered my questions thoroughly.   Efren was a really nice guy and a good salesman, and thankfully the repair cost was significantly less than Collins’ initial estimate. However, the $300 charge for the second opinion – which included a check of the thermostat and ducts alongside a capacitor replacement – felt a little steep considering the work involved. report abuse

  I absolutely want to say how pleased I was with AC Experts. From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Our technician, Scott Cook, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and got here right on time on Friday. He clearly knew his stuff, explained my options really well, and offered a very fair price. I appreciated that he let me know it would be installed the following day – though I was a little surprised it was scheduled for Saturday. But the team who actually did the installation were also really polite and professional, and they even cleaned up after themselves! And I was particularly impressed with the trim work – the guy who did the trim in the attic did an outstanding job. Overall, I’d highly recommend AC Experts without hesitation. report abuse
