  Overall, our experience with FACT HVAC was a bit mixed this time around. We’ve been a loyal customer for many years and have always appreciated their focus on customer needs rather than pushing unnecessary services. Elias was friendly and professional, but it was unusual not to receive the usual photos after the service, and he didn’t mention the suggested surge protector or coil cleaning – services we’ve never been offered before. However, we were really pleased with Kyl and David who did our semi-annual maintenance. They’re familiar and reliable, and we’ve come to trust their work. They took great care to minimize dust and thoroughly cleaned our ducts, even though it was the first time we’d had them cleaned – which felt like a worthwhile investment for our 25-year-old house. We appreciate their flexibility in scheduling and the attention to detail they showed. We'll be keeping an eye on my husband’s allergies and plan to address some deeper cleaning needs as well. report abuse

  Overall, Jarrod and the team did a fantastic job! Our old AC unit was nearing the end of its life, and Jarrod was able to diagnose and fix it. However, after discussing it with Andrew, we decided it was best to replace it entirely. I really appreciated how quickly Andrew followed up to discuss our options. Richard and Carlos were also excellent during the installation – they were both incredibly professional and easy to work with. Because we ordered a new unit, FACT didn’t even charge us for the original repair, which was a huge relief. Now our home is cooling much better, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. report abuse

  I had a really terrible experience with this company. They completed some coil replacements for me back in February and March of 2023, but from the start, communication was a nightmare – they consistently didn’t return my calls. When I finally got through, I felt like I was being gaslighted and made to feel like it was my fault when they were clearly trying to overcharge me, like with a ridiculous $175 charge for attic access that they couldn't even justify. It took multiple calls to get that removed. Then, shockingly, after they supposedly finished the job, my entire system stopped working in April. The technician, Mike, just kept telling me to contact the warranty company, which I did, but they never followed up. I ended up switching warranty companies, and they confirmed that the original technicians hadn’t actually fixed the problem. They even cut off communication with my new warranty company in the last week – it was completely unprofessional. Honestly, I would strongly advise against using this company, especially if you're a woman on your own – they seem to take advantage of vulnerable customers. report abuse

  “Jarrod was fantastic – so helpful and informative. He not only explained everything clearly, but he also pointed out some recommended repairs and gave me an estimated timeframe, which was incredibly valuable.
