  “I was really happy with the AC unit itself and the initial installation – the technician was fantastic; incredibly knowledgeable and took really good care of everything. However, things unfortunately fell apart after the work was actually done. Three weeks later, the drywall in my living room is still a mess from the new air handler installation, and despite multiple calls and emails, nothing’s been done to fix it. I understand it might seem like a small issue, but it’s incredibly frustrating to keep chasing updates and live with the damage. FACT HVAC clearly has talented technicians, but their after-sales service and communication really need to improve. I’m hoping this feedback will help them streamline their processes and get back to providing the level of customer service I’d expect from a company that values quality.” report abuse
