  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They came out to repair a broken spring, but after their work, the garage door sensors stopped functioning, and the door wouldn’t even go down. They then claimed the sensors needed replacing and insisted on a large upfront payment – a huge red flag that we should have recognized sooner. After they supposedly fixed it, the door still didn’t work! We ended up paying over $560, and now they’re telling us we need a completely new garage door unit for an additional $400. My husband did some research and discovered the problem was actually a simple adjustment to a tension screw, which fixed it immediately. Honestly, we’re so glad we didn’t get stuck with their misleading service. I would strongly advise everyone to be cautious when considering this company.” report abuse

  Tim was fantastic – he’s a genuinely great guy and a really skilled technician. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and he quickly identified and resolved a small problem with just a few adjustments, some lubricant, and a thorough check.   “I’ve always been happy with the service they provided in the past, but recently I’ve run into a frustrating problem. My garage door is now broken, and after looking into it, I discovered the exact part needed. Unfortunately, GDS is quoting a price of $486 for this part, which is significantly higher than what I could get it for – just $97 – at Home Depot.” report abuse

  Tim really went above and beyond to get this sorted out quickly – he scheduled the repair just two days after we reported the issue, which was fantastic. Emilio was a really friendly and professional guy, and he did a great job getting our old door working perfectly again.
