  “I had this company install a new garage door opener system in my pole barn, including two remote controls and an external keypad. It took nearly ten weeks to get everything done, and honestly, it was a really frustrating experience. Initially, they had to wait for Liftmaster to confirm the parts needed, which added a significant delay. When the tech finally arrived to do the installation, they discovered they didn’t have the correct parts and just left without any explanation. I had to follow up and wait another week before they scheduled a second visit. The first technician struggled with the installation, and the ‘boss’ had to come out and do it themselves. While the receiver and remotes worked fine after that, the biggest issue was that the external keypad – which I really needed – was never installed. I wasn't home for the second visit, and I never received a call explaining what was happening. I just got a bill without the keypad. It turned out they’d simply forgotten to include it. They eventually installed the keypad a week later, but only charged for the parts, not the labor. Considering the incredibly slow process and the terrible communication, I wouldn’t recommend using this company, especially with their $80 per hour labor rate.” report abuse
