  I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I’ve received regarding my garage door. I’ve spent several months dealing with this issue, and despite multiple visits to the store and assurances from the owner that it would be resolved, nothing has been done. He keeps blaming the manufacturer, but that hasn’t resulted in any action. Frankly, I’m just left with a broken garage door and a feeling that my business isn’t valued. It’s disappointing that this situation, due to the owner’s difficulties with the manufacturer, has left me without a working garage. report abuse

  I was so impressed with Northern Garage Doors! They were able to get my broken garage door fixed incredibly quickly – much faster than the other companies I contacted. One had a four-week wait, and another a two-week wait, but Northern Garage Doors got it done in a timeframe I could actually manage. I really felt taken care of, and I got a quote that was significantly better than the others.   “I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Sean was fantastic – he really listened to all my needs and kept me perfectly informed throughout the process. And the installation team, Mike, Blake, and whoever else was there, were incredible. They were so efficient and professional, paying attention to every detail, even the cleanup afterward.   Overall, the technician from Northern Garage Doors was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining what I needed to watch out for to keep my garage door running smoothly. He quickly identified that a couple of bolts were loose on the track. However, I was surprised by the $100 charge for the initial diagnosis visit – it felt a little steep considering he was only at my house for about 15-20 minutes. report abuse

  “I contacted this garage door company for a quote, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. Two technicians came to my house to assess the problem, but they didn’t provide me with a written quote. I followed up a couple of weeks later, and they promised to email it, but that never happened. I ended up calling again a few weeks after that, and they took my information again, still promising the quote. It feels like they’re intentionally avoiding providing me with a quote, and their repeated broken promises make them seem completely unreliable and unprofessional.” report abuse
