  AZ Construct really impressed me with their renovation work. Jeff and Steve were fantastic – so friendly, really knew their stuff, and offered some excellent advice on how to do things the right way and up-to-date with modern building standards. The whole crew – especially Mario, Aaron, Marcos, Concepción, and David – were incredibly talented and respectful of my home. It was genuinely great having them working on it, and you could tell they were completely invested in making sure the finished result was fantastic. I initially contacted them about a small bathroom renovation about 10 months ago – I found them through Houzz and was really impressed with their previous work. What started as a quick 15-minute consultation turned into a surprisingly in-depth conversation that lasted over two and a half hours! Despite it being a relatively small project for them, they were incredibly attentive and offered some brilliant design ideas that completely transformed my bathroom. They’ve since gone on to remodel my kitchen and even renovated my sister’s home based on my recommendation.   Honestly, we were in a really bad situation with our master bathroom – the previous contractor had completely botched the job. Thankfully, Steve and Jeff stepped in and offered a fair price to get everything done right. From start to finish, AZ Construction and Renovation was outstanding. Everyone – Aaron, Erick, Agustin, Joel, Ramon, and Mario – was so respectful, friendly, and genuinely professional. They clearly took immense pride in their work, and they were incredibly efficient, getting the project done quickly without compromising on quality at all. They truly turned a stressful nightmare into a beautiful dream bathroom, and we’re so grateful for their exceptional service.   AZ Construction & Renovation truly exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful wood-look ceramic tile they installed – it looks absolutely fantastic – to the incredibly professional and friendly team, we couldn’t be happier. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and hardworking, and they really went the extra mile to meet our tight deadline. Erik was a fantastic tile installer; he was incredibly skilled and dedicated to doing a perfect job, and he stuck to our agreed-upon timeline, even working late when needed. Jeff was also amazing, quickly resolving any minor issues that came up during the project and ensuring we were completely satisfied.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the renovation – it truly turned my Tucson condo into my dream space. From start to finish, the team, particularly Steve and Jeffrey, were exceptional. I bought the condo in July 2020, wanting to be closer to my son and his family, and during the pandemic, I needed their support with homeschooling. What really impressed me was the incredibly detailed initial estimate. Steve took the time to explain every aspect of the project, including the parts and pricing, in a way that was completely clear and easy to understand. Honestly, I've never seen an estimate so thorough – it’s something I’ve never encountered in my 40 years of owning homes. Throughout the whole process, communication was fantastic. We primarily communicated via email, and each email was just as detailed as the original estimate. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and they were always patient and provided clear, understandable answers. The color-matching program for the paint was a huge help too, making it so simple to get exactly the right colors. The renovation itself went smoothly, although it did take a little longer than anticipated due to some unexpected issues uncovered during the demolition. But even with those delays, the team maintained excellent communication and a professional attitude. It’s clear they genuinely care about making sure the customer is completely satisfied. I’m so thrilled with the finished product – my bathroom is fantastic with the walk-in shower and the pink accent wall matches the floor perfectly! I'd definitely recommend this company and would absolutely use their services again. report abuse
