  “We really enjoyed working with Ramon and Clemente on our recent bathroom renovation. They were fantastic – incredibly helpful, suggesting great suppliers and getting us fantastic prices. Ramon was especially thoughtful, building a custom sitting bench for the shower and even staying late one night to get it done, which was a really appreciated touch. They were always responsive to our questions and kept the site spotless every day. It was a pleasure to watch the project progress and we definitely plan to use AZ Construction again for our next project.” report abuse

  Overall, I’m really pleased with the finished pool Ramada – I can’t wait to enjoy it this summer! However, the process of getting it rebuilt was quite challenging. AZ Construction was assigned to my project after a nasty windstorm damaged the original structure in July 2024. Initially, the assessor was prompt, but communication really slowed down after that. I felt like I was constantly chasing updates; weeks, sometimes months, would pass without hearing anything. It was frustrating not having a single point of contact. Eventually, I had to reach out myself in September to arrange for the demolition debris to be removed due to safety concerns. It took another five months – and a significant delay while they resolved permitting issues with the city – before construction actually began. Once it did, I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the construction team, and Ed, the lead contractor, was fantastic and kept me informed. There were a couple of times where nails were left scattered around the site at the end of the day, which was concerning and I really hope was an isolated incident. Looking back, I wish there had been more proactive communication during the initial planning and administrative stages. Despite the difficulties, I would absolutely hire AZ Construction again, especially now that the work is complete. report abuse

  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with AZ Construction and Renovation. They handled our water damage issue really well, with Bryant being especially helpful navigating the insurance process. Robin at the front desk was always friendly and efficient. However, what really made the difference was our foreman, Ed Miranda. He was fantastic – a genuinely nice, polite, and competent guy who kept everything running smoothly. He managed his team of workers perfectly, they were always punctual and well-equipped, and everyone respected him. It’s clear AZ is a big company, and we were lucky to have Ed leading our project – if you’re looking for a truly great foreman, definitely ask for Ed. report abuse

Our project manager, Phil, was fantastic – he was so knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and really helped me feel confident in the decisions we were making. They completely restored my house, addressing all the damage with a skilled team and bringing it back to its original condition. I especially want to commend Ed Miranda and Thomas Eber – they were both incredibly helpful and professional. He’s been fantastic – always responsive to my calls and texts, and he’s truly gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that came up quickly and efficiently. They’ve been so accommodating, even handling unexpected costs in a reasonable way, which allowed the renovation to keep moving forward smoothly. I really appreciate their positive attitude, especially when I had questions or requested some minor adjustments. It’s such a relief to work with a company that doesn’t make you feel like you’re asking too much.
