  Overall, my experience with RCS was really frustrating. The office staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about my project. However, the actual work done by the crew was a major letdown. They left a terrible mess after power washing my roof, splashing water all over my yard and driveway. Then, after applying the roof coating, I discovered drips on my gutters, driveway, and even the sidewalk, and they didn't even attempt to fix it. To make matters worse, my driveway looks significantly worse now and the coating is still clearly visible. I invested a good amount of money in this project, and I’m incredibly disappointed that I now have to spend more time and money to correct their mistakes. report abuse

I had a really old, dark roof – it was a 17-year-old flat roof and I hadn’t even realized how much it stood out in my neighborhood until I saw it was the only dark roof around. It made me realize I wasn’t maximizing my energy savings, and I knew the wear and tear was adding up. I contacted several roofers to get estimates, and Roof Coating Specialists really stood out to me because of their competitive pricing, solid warranty, and the way they explained their approach. Three years into my warranty, we had a small leak near the scupper – my dad spotted it before I even looked! Thankfully, it didn't cause any damage.   “Doing the sisters’ roof was a solid job. The price has increased a little, currently around $100 a 5-gallon bucket, but it’s still a reasonably priced option. They also offer a 10-year roof coating, although with the Arizona weather, it doesn’t necessarily last that long, it’s definitely the most budget-friendly way to protect your roof.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this service. The roof coating started peeling off within just two years, and we even had a leak develop. When they sent someone out to fix it, they patched the leak poorly and, shockingly, didn’t even clean the roof properly before doing so. I’ve used them since 2005 after a hail storm damaged my roof, and they’ve consistently provided excellent workmanship and fantastic customer service. They’re always responsive and offer a solid 5-year warranty at a fair price. I especially want to commend them for how quickly they addressed concerns during a recent heat-pump inspection – they were proactive and resolved everything promptly, even while almost halfway through the warranty period.   “I wanted to share a really positive experience we had with RCS on Saturday, June 13th. Alan was here to do a roof repair, and he actually took care of a problem with our ductwork – completely independently! He could have referred us to our HVAC company, but he just efficiently fixed it himself in about 15 minutes. It was fantastic service, and we’ve been consistently impressed with RCS, which is why we’ve used their 5-year plan several times.
