  “We were so pleased with Westerner Products! They completely renovated our second-floor porch, adding a roof and screened-in area. The team was fantastic – incredibly easy to communicate with and always kept us fully informed about the progress, sticking to the timeline they initially provided. It was a tricky project, but their crew did a truly excellent job. They consistently checked in with us during the installation, making sure we were happy with everything. We’ve even been tested by some recent storms, and the screens have held up remarkably well. We did shop around and Westerner Products’ price was more than fair, and having a local Tucson-based company made the whole experience so much smoother. Unfortunately, the pergola project didn’t go exactly as we’d hoped, but the owners were incredibly responsive – they reached out immediately after I shared my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure I got the pergola I envisioned. You could tell they were truly invested in my satisfaction.   “I really like the products they sell, but my experience with the customer service was incredibly disappointing. One of the salespeople was fantastic – genuinely helpful and friendly. However, the other one was just rude and off-putting. I was looking at their metal roofing and he immediately shut me down, telling me I shouldn’t even be asking about it because I wasn’t a professional roofer. He basically dismissed my question and made me feel like I was wasting his time. It was a really unpleasant interaction, and honestly, it’s made me decide to shop elsewhere from now on. They really need to work on their customer service – it’s not a good way to build business.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Westerner Products. Twenty years ago, they installed a metal roof and gutter system, which was a huge investment at the time. They assured me it would last forever with just some basic maintenance, but it quickly became clear the installation was done poorly – crooked screws and a downspout that ended above my carport’s foundation. When I raised my concerns about potential water damage, they dismissed me with a laugh. Then, the first monsoon hit and the rain eroded my concrete. I had to take it upon myself to fix the downspout. Now, I’m dealing with loose screws and separating seams, and Westerner Products won’t even acknowledge the problem or offer a repair. They cited a two-year warranty, claiming they wouldn’t take responsibility for their work. It was frankly insulting to be told they consider their product inferior and to just find another company to fix it. They essentially washed their hands of the whole situation. Honestly, it’s clear they don’t stand behind their product or their workmanship. If you’re considering using them, I strongly advise you to be present during the installation and keep a close eye on their work – you definitely need to be involved!” report abuse
