They really understand the unique weather challenges we face here in Arizona. I spent a lot of time learning about the products and really appreciated the helpful videos they provided. I spoke with Eli at the Eastside location, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. I went with the 10000 100% Acrylic Elastomeric product because of its amazing UV protection, hail resistance, and ability to combat extreme heat – all crucial for our climate. What really set Tucson Rubberized Coatings apart was the attention they gave me. Manager Alex took the time to discuss my payment plan and offered some great advice. I was so impressed with his professionalism and positive attitude throughout the whole process! I also want to give a huge shout-out to Bruno, Victor, and Jonathan – they all made me feel truly valued and supported. It was clear they were invested in my satisfaction.   “I had a really good experience there. I grabbed three five-gallon buckets of coating – it was a fantastic deal – and it was quick and easy. I was starting to get tired from the drive home, so I also picked up a couple of roller covers. The young man working there was fantastic – really helpful and friendly.   “I’m really pleased with the work they did on my house, and I’m now starting a new casita project on my property. I especially want to give a shout-out to the guy with the beard – he was fantastic, incredibly helpful and friendly. I definitely plan on using them again. My only suggestion would be for them to create a video tutorial on re-roofing; it would be really useful to have a visual guide alongside the re-roofing instructions.” report abuse
