  “We’re really concerned about the state of the property. There were quite a few cigarette butts and gum wrappers scattered around the yard and porch – we were also surprised to find chewy gum on the back porch, and some Bazooka gum wrappers too. The roof is a bit strange with its two tones, and the porch roof looks like it hasn’t been properly finished. Plus, the ladder they left behind hasn’t been replaced.” report abuse
