Overall, this was a really positive experience. They were a great company to work with – incredibly responsive and everything was very well organized with excellent communication. Plus, the solar panels are performing perfectly!

Overall, we really want to thank Jereme, Ashley, and Matt for their help – they were great to work with. However, we were incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication throughout this entire process. It took us nearly ten months, from signing the contract back in August 2022, to finally getting our solar panels up and running in May 2023. I spent a significant amount of time sending emails and messages just to check in and make sure things were moving forward. While we understand that Covid likely contributed to the delays, it took almost twice as long as our neighbors experienced with a different solar company.”

Overall, our experience working with Matt and Ashley wasn’t quite as smooth as we’d hoped. We found the process to be quite slow, and it consistently took longer than the timelines outlined in the original process flow. For example, securing the town permit took over two months, and it wasn’t until the end of May 2023 that the system was finally powered on – a full four months after installation in February 2023.
