  I couldn’t be happier with the service C & C Temp Control provided. We were completely stuck renovating our kitchen when a plumbing problem popped up, but Bob and his team jumped right in. Tracey was fantastic at coordinating the plumbers, and everyone was so professional and responsive – they kept us updated every step of the way.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from this company. From the start, Bob Chase was fantastic – he patiently explained the different units we needed, gave us a clear price quote, and highlighted the rebates which were a huge factor in our decision. He was so knowledgeable and helpful answering all of our questions. Once the units were installed by Jason and Brian, they were incredibly professional and accommodating. They took the time to clean up after themselves and didn’t leave until everything was running perfectly, even going the extra mile to ensure we could access everything remotely through our phones.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with C&C. They did a fantastic job installing my new hybrid water heater and completely removed my old indirect system – exactly what I was hoping for. The technicians were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly, even explaining the limitations on water temperature due to local codes. It was great that they pointed out the 130° limit, as my previous system was set to 160° which I felt was a significant safety concern. I do feel a little frustrated that the company handling the removal of my old boiler wasn’t willing to disconnect it themselves. C&C was upfront about needing to charge extra for that additional work, which I understood, and they were completely honest and fair throughout the whole process. I just wish I’d realized sooner that disconnecting the boiler would be an extra cost. Despite that, I highly recommend C&C – they’ve been a pleasure to work with. report abuse

  We’ve been incredibly happy with C&C Temp Control. Back in 2014, they installed a mini-split system in our sunroom, and it’s completely transformed the space – we can actually use it year-round now! More recently, in 2019, we had them replace our old, outdated furnace, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Bob and his team were fantastic; they really took the time to assess our needs, presented us with a good range of options, and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process.   “I was really pleased with the service I received from C&C Temp Control. I was looking to upgrade my old thermostats and found them online. They responded quickly, sending someone out to my house within 24 hours. Bob did a fantastic job installing the new Honeywell thermostats – he walked me through the whole setup step-by-step, and they’re incredibly easy to use. Plus, the prices were really reasonable.   Overall, I’m incredibly happy with the replacement of my old system with the Mitsubishi heat pump – it was a big investment, but definitely worth it. C&C were fantastic to work with; they gave me a really competitive proposal and, impressively, completed the installation (which was quite a large job) within a month.
