  “I recently had my unit cleaned, and I was really impressed with the service. Will was fantastic – so friendly and professional. He did a truly excellent job and my unit is running perfectly now. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, which was really helpful. Knowing he also gave me some tips on how to maintain it between cleanings, considering it’s about 2-3 years old and I’d already done a filter change, was a great bonus.” report abuse

From navigating the rebate with the state of Massachusetts to the actual installation, they were fantastic. They were always punctual, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and really took the time to answer all of our questions. They were incredibly thorough, covering all the exterior walls and basement areas, and I was especially impressed with how they tackled the job during a particularly cold day – they didn’t even crack a piece of vinyl! He spent over two hours on the job, and I really appreciated that he not only fixed the problem but also took the time to show me exactly what he did, how to maintain the unit, and the correct settings.   Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with Modern Energy. They recently installed two full-house heat pumps and a hybrid heat pump/water heater for us, and the whole experience was exceptional. From start to finish, the team – Chris, Serge, and the whole crew – were incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They took at least 30 minutes each day to thoroughly clean up after themselves, which was a huge relief, especially since access to our bedroom was through the work area. And Jeff, the owner, was fantastic. There was a little misunderstanding initially about removing our old oil tank and furnace, but he personally oversaw the solution – they even had to temporarily remove a section of our interior wall to get it done! Lori in the office was also a lifesaver, expertly handling the rebate process and keeping us informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that’s so dedicated and takes such pride in their work. We truly felt like valued customers, and we wholeheartedly recommend Modern Energy to anyone considering a heat pump installation. They're a fantastic team! report abuse
