  I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Joe Bafaro and his team. I called them at 7:00 AM with a really urgent problem – no heat or hot water in freezing temperatures – and they responded incredibly quickly, arriving at my house by 7:30 AM. I decided to replace my 30-year-old boiler, and they were fantastic, getting the new one installed by noon the next day. It’s great to have such a professional and efficient service! report abuse

  “I can’t recommend JJ Bafaro Inc. highly enough. They were fantastic to work with. I recently needed a new hot water tank, and they took care of everything so smoothly. The technician was incredibly helpful – he actually checked the serial number and discovered the tank was still under warranty, which saved us a huge amount of money.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. After two unsuccessful water heater installations, the technician, Mr. Bafaro, removed the third today, leaving a significant trail of rust and water damage on my unfinished basement floor leading up the stairs. His response to my concern about protecting the floor was shockingly unprofessional – he dismissed my worries about the unfinished space with a rude and dismissive attitude. Things quickly escalated, and he was asked to leave. I understand from other customers that this has been a recurring issue with him. Furthermore, he didn’t take any precautions to protect my floor and installed the new heater directly into a puddle. Frankly, this whole experience was unacceptable, and I’m glad management has recognized the need to remove him from future jobs. report abuse

  “The team did the work in our waiting area, but unfortunately, they left a really messy situation – screws and ceiling tile pieces scattered all over the floor. When I asked if they planned to clean up, I was told they didn’t bring a vacuum. It was frustrating for our staff to have to deal with the mess, and we won’t be using their services again.” report abuse
