  Sami was fantastic! This was the second time I’d called him for help, and I was really impressed. I had a problem with my A.O. Smith water heater, which was thankfully still under warranty, but I needed a plumber to actually contact A.O. Smith on my behalf. I spoke to a few other plumbers, and some were either incredibly expensive or didn’t want to deal with the warranty company. Sami responded the same day and immediately took care of everything. He and his team were so polite, knowledgeable, and professional – they knew exactly what they were doing and did a truly excellent job. They replaced the old water heater in about an hour, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. The price was incredibly reasonable – honestly, the best I’ve found in Worcester! My wife and I were both so pleased with his service, we’re definitely recommending him to everyone we know.   Sam was absolutely fantastic! He responded so quickly – he was even there within 30 minutes when we had a heating issue. He quickly diagnosed an electrical problem with the furnace and, best of all, didn’t charge us a dime. He was incredibly fair and understanding, and we’re so grateful for his help.   “I can’t recommend Sam highly enough! He’s a truly reliable and trustworthy plumber. I recently used him to install new shower plumbing and fix a bathroom sink, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. What really impressed me was his honesty and the reasonable prices he offered. He didn’t just fix the problem, he took the time to explain everything to me – even went over the details of my HVAC system and did a free leak test on my gas pipes.
