Overall, it was a really positive experience – the price was good and they stuck to the agreed-upon timeline. Plus, the shop had a great atmosphere, it was busy but the staff were friendly and welcoming.

“I was really pleased with the window replacement my wife had done at this shop. They’re the only place around here that uses genuine OEM windshields, which makes a huge difference. Honestly, most of the other shops use cheaper glass from Mexico – it’s just two thin layers of glass with a thick sealant in between, and it tends to crack easily. You can really tell the difference; the OEM glass is much thicker and feels significantly heavier. I used to get fooled by the low prices on those cheaper replacements, but they just didn’t hold up.”
