  Overall, I had a really positive experience. I called on a Tuesday around 1pm and they got me in within just a couple of hours – by 3:30pm – and the whole job was completed in under an hour. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they answered all my questions really quickly. I’ll definitely be using their services again. report abuse

  I had a really positive experience getting my car’s cracks fixed through Turo, and Tim was fantastic. I called him to arrange a same-day appointment, and he quickly explained that one of the cracks had already been taken care of, so I wouldn’t be charged extra. The service was super quick and Tim’s customer service was excellent. Plus, the pricing was competitive compared to other glass repair places I looked into.   I was really frustrated after my SUV had its rear and driver-side windows smashed, and getting a quote for the repairs took almost a whole week. Then I contacted Tim’s, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were so understanding and efficient, and they took care of everything quickly. I had to bring the car in two days later, and they had all the replacements done before I even left work that evening – they even stayed late to make it happen.   Tim was fantastic! My car was broken into, and he responded the next day, getting me a new window by 3:30. He did a really thorough job cleaning everything out – he even took care of removing all the glass from inside the door, so now I don’t hear any annoying clinking when I drive.
