“I was really disappointed with my experience. The website’s claims about repairing long cracks seemed promising, but the technician I spoke with was quite misleading. She kept exaggerating the size of the cracks I needed fixed and ultimately refused to work on them. Strangely, she immediately suggested installing Chinese glass, despite my existing experience with Speedy Glass on my Toyota – which, after installation, quickly developed numerous small scratches from dust and wind. It became clear she lacked a proper understanding of glass repair and wasn’t being honest about what could be done.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Speedy Glass. After seven long months, they still haven’t completed the shower door installation, and the service I received was frankly appalling. From the start, they insisted on taking the full price upfront, even before they’d done any work. They repeatedly gave me conflicting excuses, and I confronted them about one of their lies, which felt incredibly misleading. The first replacement glass arrived with damaged screw holes and an incorrect width, and they still demanded full payment. Then, after another couple of months, they installed the door completely wrong, with the glass panels hitting each other. They then claimed the glass was broken, leading to yet another order, and the issues just kept piling up – stripped screws, the wrong parts ordered, and constant delays with no communication. At one point, the scheduler even pressured me to take time off work, which was completely unreasonable. Honestly, it felt like they were deliberately avoiding the job. It’s unbelievable that a professional company couldn’t manage a simple shower door installation. I ended up having to go with another company, and I strongly advise anyone considering Speedy Glass to think twice.”

“I wanted to follow up on my experience with Speedy Glass. Initially, I was really frustrated when the weather stripping around my window was installed incorrectly, letting water in. I had photos to show that it was fine before they worked on it, and they wrongly suspected someone had tampered with my car. Thankfully, Gina worked with me to find a resolution, and Kyle did a great job fixing the window issue. While the weather stripping is now positioned about a centimeter away from the glass, allowing water to enter, they essentially dismissed my concerns saying it "should probably be fine." I’m still worried about potential water damage and would advise anyone considering Speedy Glass to do thorough research beforehand.”

“The car had some damage – a smashed vent in the upper right and debris on the dash. However, the windshield and quarter glass installation was really well done.”

I was really frustrated with my recent experience at Speedy. I’ve used them for glass work over the years and always relied on their reliability, but this time it was a complete mess. I had a window knocked out of my camper shell and, knowing their history, I called them first. They agreed to do the job, and I brought in the frame and paid cash – a total of $365. However, things quickly went wrong. They initially said they couldn’t do it, then later inflated the price to $570 before finally finding a piece of acrylic. Despite declining the higher price, they insisted on charging me the full $365 for the tinted laminate glass. To add insult to injury, they tacked on a credit card fee and a disposal fee, despite not disposing of anything. It felt like they were just making up the bill to match what I originally paid. After waiting for a manager to address the fees, I felt completely swindled – like they were deliberately trying to overcharge me. I’ve always considered Speedy a trustworthy business, but this experience has completely changed my opinion, and I won’t be going back.

“Overall, it was a really positive experience. The tech was fantastic – he was very efficient and even finished the job an hour ahead of schedule! The front desk staff were also wonderful. I’d definitely recommend them.”

“Really happy with how quickly they got my chips ready – super fast and the staff were friendly too!”

“We were so relieved with how Speedy Glass handled our unexpected situation – someone broke into our car at a trailhead. They really went above and beyond, quickly working with State Farm to get the process started and even cleaning up all the broken glass and some dog hair inside! We were incredibly grateful for their fast and professional service.”

“I needed a quick windshield repair, and I was really impressed with the service at this place. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly, and they were able to fix a chip in my Subaru windshield while I waited – it only took about 30 minutes! Definitely recommend them.”

“I’m incredibly frustrated to share my experience with this company. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare. My order for a specialized shower glass set was lost repeatedly – it took over a year to finally receive the correct product, and the person I dealt with wasn’t accountable or even particularly helpful. They repeatedly got the measurements wrong, sending the glass back for replacement four times, and leaving me without a completed installation each time. While I want to acknowledge the installers were always polite and professional, and I truly appreciate the Regional Manager stepping in to get me the price I deserved, the overall experience was unbelievably stressful and far exceeded the initial 3-month timeframe I was given. Honestly, it was the worst business experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.”
