Overall, the windshield installation was good – the service was friendly and I appreciated the upfront, all-inclusive price with no unexpected charges. However, the installation wasn’t spotless; there was quite a bit of debris left on the dashboard and steering wheel, and they didn’t seem to take any steps to protect the interior of the car, which ended up getting wet. Despite that, I’m happy with the windshield itself, and I’ll update my review in a few days once it’s fully cured.

I went in to get a quote for windshield repair and wiper replacement, but the front desk staff member, Sharon, was unhelpful and made me feel like a nuisance. The manager, Gina, was equally unpleasant, with a bad attitude and an overwhelming odor. Frankly, the entire situation was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I wish they would prioritize hiring staff with better customer service skills.
