  “I’ve used Speedy before and generally been happy with their service. However, this time was a bit frustrating. I called ahead to inquire about getting some dings in my windshield repaired and was told to bring the truck in. When I arrived, they explained that working on a truck in their larger bays could take at least an hour. It would have been really helpful to know this information when I initially called, as it meant I drove over there only to find out I’d be waiting a long time. I also felt they could have at least attempted to schedule a time to get me in sooner.” report abuse
