“We were really pleased with the residential paving job they did – it looks fantastic! The team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experts at what they do. The finished result has completely transformed our property.”

“I was hoping to get a quote from this company, but my experience was really disappointing. I left a message and finally heard back two weeks later, and the guy was incredibly rude – he kept interrupting me and made me feel really uncomfortable. He promised to get an estimate by the end of the week, but I never heard from him. Honestly, I wasn’t overly bothered at the time. However, a month later they called back, and it turned out to be a repeat of the same rude experience. They just seemed dismissive and asked, ‘What do you want from us?’ At that point, I realized they weren’t interested in providing good customer service. It’s puzzling because I’ve seen some fantastic work done on our street by this company, but I’m struggling to understand how they keep getting business if they can’t even return a simple phone call or follow up on an estimate.”

I was absolutely thrilled with the work 1-800-Asphalt did on my driveway. The owners and their team were fantastic – so helpful and willing to explain everything clearly. They really took the time to understand my needs and recommended the best solution for my situation. Plus, they even left us with a helpful booklet on how to care for it! We chose them after seeing their amazing work on a neighbor’s driveway, and I’m so pleased with the results. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The employee I spoke with was both rude and disrespectful, and frankly, made some deeply offensive comments based on my race. He essentially refused to serve me, stating that because I’m not “white,” he wouldn’t provide me with asphalt for my driveway. It was a completely unacceptable and discriminatory interaction, and I felt completely dismissed and insulted.

I’ve been working with 1-800-Asphalt for almost fifteen years now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They’re fantastic for smaller projects – I’ve used them for everything from $300 asphalt patches to full driveway installations worth $6,000. They’ve always been incredibly prompt, offered really competitive pricing, and genuinely ensured I was completely satisfied with the work. If you’re looking for asphalt services, please don't hesitate to contact me for a reference.

“I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I just wanted to say I was incredibly impressed. Their price was a fantastic $1000 lower than everyone else’s, and the quality of their work was outstanding.”

I was really disappointed with the work this crew did adding the asphalt ramp. They managed to get tar all over the front of my house, which could have been easily avoided with just a couple of minutes of masking. When I brought it up to the owner, he basically dismissed it with the response that “it happens to everybody.” It felt completely unprofessional. On top of that, there was unwanted white spray paint on the asphalt, and he then covered it with black paint – a ‘temporary’ solution that just looks awful. Overall, the service was careless and the customer service was terrible. I deeply regret hiring them, and frankly, their price was higher than another company I considered – GMG.
-
“I’ve consistently been impressed with this team – they’ve tackled several projects for me over the years. Their customer service is fantastic, and the quality and value of their work is always top-notch.”
-
“We were really impressed with their service – they were incredibly reliable and managed to deliver everything on time, even with the challenging weather conditions we were experiencing that week. We’ll absolutely be working with them again.”
-
Overall, 1800 Asphalt has a really solid reputation – they consistently deliver good quality work at a fair price.
