I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I’ve been receiving from Raven Valley. They repeatedly damaged my trash cans – they’ve smashed two of them in my driveway, and they’re consistently placed too close to the road, despite the requirement to keep them at least four feet back. Because our driveway is used by the snowplow, I’m constantly battling a foot or more of ice building up, which is damaging my vehicles. To add to the problem, they simply grabbed my cans with the plow and didn't offer an apology or even pick them up. I’ve tried to file a claim for the damages, but I haven’t received any response, especially during the holidays. Honestly, I really hope the borough looks at switching companies – it’s gotten worse every year, and it’s a constant hassle.
