  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with McKenna Borthers Paving. I arrived at the Trophy Lodge in Delta Junction after notifying the hotel of my late arrival, but was immediately confronted by a supervisor in a white truck. He accused me of looking at the trucks, smelled strongly of alcohol, and had slurred speech. Without any justification, he took my picture without my consent and questioned me about my hotel key. I explained that I had called ahead to inform the hotel of my delayed arrival, and thankfully a staff member intervened to confirm my story. Despite this, the supervisor never apologized and still has my photo on his phone. To make matters worse, this completely unacceptable interaction occurred on my birthday. Honestly, I don’t expect a response, but I felt compelled to warn others considering McKenna Borthers Paving – you deserve a much better experience. report abuse

While driving, a truck from their operation hit my windshield, and when I contacted them, they completely ignored my claim.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I received. I spent time and effort clearing a parking space in front of my home with my own equipment, and then your team proceeded to move my neighbors’ snow into that very spot. It seems there was a significant lack of quality control, and I’m really disappointed that my property was negatively impacted. I’d really appreciate it if someone could come out and address this issue and help clear the snow that was pushed into my space.   “MSB really came through for us, especially with the heavy snowfall after Christmas! They had a great team out there, and the plow truck following behind was a lifesaver – it completely cleared our driveway. We were completely stuck, but thanks to them, we were able to get moving again. It’s fantastic service, and we appreciate them going with the lowest bid.” report abuse
