  “We were incredibly pleased with the work Derek and the Survey Works crew did on our property. As owners since 1993, we’d never had an as-built survey completed and they really took the time to ensure everything was accurate. The team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They had to delve into some complex historical boundary questions – researching documents dating back to the early 1950s and involving multiple properties – but Derek’s final review was exceptionally detailed and thorough. He patiently walked us through the survey, answered all of our questions, and we were so impressed by his expertise. We’d heard great things about him through recommendations from colleagues, and he absolutely lived up to the fantastic reputation he has.   Derek was fantastic to work with – it was a really smooth experience for our office, especially since it was our first time using him. He was incredibly responsive and got the survey done quickly and efficiently, always keeping us on track with the deadline. Communication was excellent; he was easy to reach and addressed any questions or concerns right away. Honestly, we’ve had issues in the past with surveyors, but Derek was a breath of fresh air.
