I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Mike. From the start, he was unprofessional and, frankly, disappeared after we paid him for his services. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, we received no response. Thankfully, my husband was able to connect with him at Lowe’s and we were able to address the outstanding issues. While he offered explanations, almost a month has passed and we still haven’t heard from him. I strongly advise anyone considering working with him to avoid doing so – it seems like a scam and I worry about the potential for further issues.

“I absolutely couldn’t be happier with Mike and his team. A friend recommended them for my new construction project, and I was a little hesitant after reading a few mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I took a chance. Mike himself was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my needs, asking questions that other survey companies hadn’t even considered. He was also incredibly reliable, always on time with updates on timelines and communication was fantastic. When the foundation company had a question about measurements, he was right there with the answer. Honestly, it’s been a smooth and stress-free experience, and I’ll definitely be using his services again for future projects. Thanks, Mike!”

“I’ve worked with surveyors before, and unfortunately, my experience with McMinn was really disappointing. They initially estimated a 3-4 week turnaround for a survey, which I was willing to wait for. However, it took five weeks before I heard anything, and they admitted they’d overlooked the request, promising it would be completed the next day. After another two weeks of no communication – no calls, no emails – I was incredibly frustrated. Even with the current economic climate, a basic level of professionalism and responsiveness is essential, and McMinn fell far short of that.”

“I initially hired this person several months ago for a tree survey needed by Jonestown. We agreed on a price, but he said it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. I wasn’t concerned with that timeframe. However, since then, about eight months ago, I’ve been calling him weekly and he’s consistently failed to deliver on his promises. It’s been incredibly frustrating – he’s been dishonest, unprofessional, and hasn’t followed through on his commitment to finish the work, which has significantly delayed my project.”

“We had a really frustrating experience with this surveyor. It took weeks just to get the initial survey completed, and then he completely disappeared when we needed a live oak added. Ultimately, we ended up having to pay for a completely new survey – a total waste of $800 and incredibly unprofessional behavior.”

“This was fantastic – both the response and the service were really excellent.”

It was a really nice spot – definitely a place I’d recommend.
