  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Mike. We hired him for a service and he’s completely failed to deliver or communicate with us. After weeks of unanswered calls and no updates, my husband was fortunate to run into him at Lowe’s and was able to get a response. Unfortunately, it was just a string of excuses and promises that haven’t been kept. Honestly, I would strongly advise anyone considering using his services to avoid him – it seems like a risky and unreliable business. report abuse

He’s been fantastic with his communication – always on time with updates and very clear about timelines.   “I have to be honest, my experience with McMinn Surveying was incredibly frustrating. They initially estimated a 3-4 week turnaround for a survey, and I was patient. However, it took a full five weeks before I received an update, and they admitted they’d simply overlooked the request – promising it would be completed the next day. After another two weeks of no communication – no calls, no emails – I was left completely in the dark. While I understand things can be busy, the lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable.” report abuse

  “I hired this person several months ago for a tree survey needed by Jonestown, and we agreed on a price. However, he initially said it would take 2-3 weeks to complete, which I understood. Since then, I’ve been calling him weekly for about eight months, and he’s consistently promised to finish the job, but nothing has ever materialized. Frankly, his behavior has been completely unprofessional – he’s been misleading me and has repeatedly broken his promises, significantly delaying my project.” report abuse

  “We had a really frustrating experience with this surveyor. It took weeks just to get the initial survey completed, and then he completely disappeared when we needed to add a live oak to the plans.
