  “I had a survey done in early December, and while the surveyor did a good job and met the deadline, I was really disappointed with the service. The gate to the property was left open, and unfortunately, deer caused significant damage to the landscaping. I provided the surveyors and B&G with confirmation from the sellers that the gate was left open, but they refused to take any responsibility for the damage. Their customer service was extremely poor. I’ve filed a compliant with TBPELS, and I’d strongly recommend looking for another surveyor.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with the experience. The survey copy I received was completely unreadable, and when I contacted BG, I was told they don’t retain surveys for more than 10 years, and that I’d have to pay for a new one. That seems completely unreasonable, especially as I was a previous customer. I’d advise anyone considering a survey company to always check their retention policy beforehand – it’s a free step that could save a lot of hassle.” report abuse
