  “Overall, the work was okay, but I have a serious concern. They repeatedly failed to close the gates after completing their jobs, even after I specifically asked them to. This happened twice in two days, resulting in our dogs getting loose – a really unsettling situation. Honestly, this is a fundamental task they should be able to handle, and I wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse
