“I was really disappointed with the behavior of one of your drivers on November 11th. Specifically, the driver in truck number 32 displayed a concerning level of aggression, tailgating me closely and exhibiting what appeared to be near-road rage while on the access road. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I won’t be considering doing business with a company that permits such conduct.”
