  “I was really impressed with Jake’s service. Honestly, I never expected an HVAC check to be so positive, but he was incredibly thorough and identified a significant issue – a potential fire hazard – that others had missed. He explained everything clearly and patiently, and it was clear he genuinely wanted to help, not just push a new system on me.   Overall, I was really impressed with AJ Michaels. From the very beginning, dealing with their team on the phone was a pleasure – everyone was so helpful and professional. The technicians were fantastic too; they arrived on time and, thankfully, even finished the installation ahead of schedule. They also went above and beyond by offering us some window units to keep us cool while we waited.   “We’ve been incredibly impressed with this company – we use them regularly for our AC and heating maintenance. When our water heater suddenly went out this morning, we called them up, and they were fantastic. Not only did they arrive within two hours of our initial estimate, but they’re actually installing a brand-new water heater for us right now! Considering the last-minute nature of the job and the price of $1800, we think they’re a really great value. They’ve always been incredibly responsive and willing to go the extra mile to solve any plumbing, heating, or AC issues we’ve had. Recently, we had a significant problem with our kitchen plumbing that required some extensive work – including digging and demolition in the basement – and thankfully, AJMichaels took care of everything perfectly. I got several estimates, and AJ Michaels’ was by far the best price. Paul was fantastic – he really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and we talked through all the options several times to make sure we were on the same page. The whole team was incredibly organized, and scheduling everything felt really easy. They even handled the tricky parts like installing a new chimney liner and removing my old oil tank. The technicians, Rick, Ricky, and Anthony, were absolutely amazing! They were so professional and did a truly outstanding job – the quality of their workmanship was fantastic.   “I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I just had to share my amazing experience with A.J. Michaels. From start to finish, they were outstanding. I got quotes from a couple of other companies, and A.J. Michaels’ price was significantly lower, but what really set them apart was Paul, the estimator. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted – I was determined to switch from oil heating and get rid of the old tank – and he was the only one who could deliver a quote that met my needs. The installation itself was fantastic. Kyle and DJ were incredibly polite, professional, and friendly. They were so careful, laying down protective coverings on my carpet, explaining everything they were doing, and patiently answering all my questions. They were also incredibly respectful of my need to work in my home office while they were working, which was a huge relief. They even made sure we had heat the first day, considering the cold weather – a really thoughtful touch. Since the installation, they’ve checked in to make sure I’m happy, and they even sent over a little box of cookies as a thank you! Honestly, it’s rare to find a contractor who goes above and beyond like this. Our new heat pump has been running perfectly for a month now – it’s incredibly quiet, and it’s doing a far better job regulating the temperature than our old furnace and AC. Plus, we’ve completely eliminated that awful oil heating smell, and we’ve gained back a lot of space in our utility room since the tank is gone. I wholeheartedly recommend A.J.
