  I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had with Perry Hall Heating & Air. We had a complete furnace failure on a really cold morning, and thankfully they were able to get someone out to us within a few hours. Brett and Kevin were fantastic – they diagnosed the issue quickly, had the correct part on hand, and got our heat back up and running!   “We bought our house five years ago, and the original heating and cooling system was already quite old – over 15 years old. While it was still functioning, it wasn’t very efficient, and we ended up needing extra fans and a window AC just to stay comfortable. Our monthly bills were consistently around $250+ for our 1300 square foot cape cod. Knowing we were heading into another hot summer, we decided to replace the system, and we’re so glad we chose Perry Hall Heating and AC. They’ve been fantastic – always on time, incredibly polite and professional, and they really took the time to clean up the area, even wearing masks and shoe covers.   “We’ve been incredibly happy customers of Perry Hall Heating and AC for quite some time now. We initially called them when our old HVAC system completely failed – it was a real emergency, both during the summer heat and then again in the winter. They responded quickly and got everything working again, which was a huge relief. Last year, we got a quote to replace our whole system, but we weren’t quite ready at the time. This year, we decided to go ahead with it and were really impressed with the process. Rob gave us a fair and detailed quote, and we even compared it to other companies. Perry Hall Heating and AC’s quote was the best value. From start to finish, it was fantastic! Kathy was great at arranging the installation, and Kevin, Matt, and AJ did a truly professional job with the actual installation.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this company when my air conditioner needed repair. They were incredibly responsive – a technician was out quickly to diagnose a faulty coil. Once the part arrived, they scheduled the replacement within a day, and I really appreciated being kept updated throughout the whole process. I especially want to thank Shawn for his thoroughness, and Brennan and Charlie for expertly replacing the coil. Everyone was friendly, informative, and professional.   “I was really impressed with Perry Hall. I’d had a couple of other companies look at my HVAC and they hadn’t been able to pinpoint the problem. Perry Hall got right to it, diagnosed the issue correctly, and gave me honest advice about the best way to go forward. Rob, the salesperson, was fantastic – professional, honest, and really fair with his pricing, which was also the lowest estimate I received from several different companies.   “We were so impressed with Perry Hall Heating! They quickly diagnosed and fixed our central AC problem, which was incredibly important given the extreme heat and humidity. The technician was fantastic – really knowledgeable, courteous, and even took the time to explain how we could prevent similar issues in the future. It’s great to know we’ve found a company we can trust, and honestly, it’s only the second time we’ve used them in 16 years – that speaks for itself.   Honestly, we’ve been incredibly disappointed with our Carrier system. We purchased the whole package – the outdoor unit, the indoor air handler, the thermostat, and the humidifier – back in May 2018, and we’ve had about nine service calls since then. It seems like a really sophisticated system, but it’s also incredibly sensitive and requires constant attention from technicians. Despite the friendly and polite service people sending out, they’ve never actually resolved the problems on the first visit. We had vibrations on the entire first floor whenever the A/C kicked on, needed a completely new control panel, had issues with the gas flow that required recalibration, and even had to deal with a flooded room because the humidifier stopped working! Fixing the thermostat alone took three service calls to get it right. [Attached is a picture of the mess the technician left after the humidifier flooded.] Because of all these issues, we absolutely wouldn't recommend this company. report abuse
