They recently installed a new Carrier furnace and outdoor AC unit, along with several Daikin ductless systems in my building – and those Daikin units are fantastic! They’ve been keeping my building comfortable no matter the weather, and I especially appreciated Alex’s recommendation during our consultation. What really sets Supreme Air apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction; they stand behind their work and they truly go the extra mile to ensure you’re happy. Plus, their customer service is incredibly professional and responsive.   “I was so incredibly grateful for Supreme Service Today – they really saved the day! My heat went out in the middle of winter, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Mariah at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, and then Sean, the technician, was just outstanding. He arrived right away, was incredibly professional – he even put shoe covers on so he wouldn’t track mud into my house! He quickly diagnosed the problem, patiently answered all my questions, explained my repair options clearly, and did the work efficiently. He even checked the system thoroughly before leaving and sent me a detailed report afterward.   I couldn’t be happier with Supreme Air. My house is about 15 years old and we were finally experiencing some issues with our old HVAC system, so I started looking for a geothermal provider. I had propane and two outdoor A/C units set up in a two-zone system. I did a lot of research online – you really want to find a provider with a solid track record, and Supreme Air stood out. They’re the biggest geothermal provider in our area, and Alex, one of the owners, was fantastic to work with, helping us figure out the best financial options. Plus, their technical recommendations were way better than the other companies I contacted. The installation team was also incredibly professional – they kept me well-informed throughout the process and finished ahead of schedule. They were really considerate, asking if I had any questions and cleaning up perfectly after themselves. I even added an extra sensor, and they handled the change smoothly and fairly. Overall, I’m thrilled with our new Water Furnace system and Supreme Air’s service. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Supreme. I initially gave them a five-star rating because of their quick and efficient installation, but things went downhill dramatically after just five years. It started with a seemingly minor issue – they topped off my mini-split with freon under warranty, despite it being a sealed system. Then, after two years, the unit completely stopped working and I was hit with a $2,000 bill for a repair. Now, in year four, it’s failed again, and they tried to charge me for the same diagnostic work they’d done previously. They’ve been dodging warranty repairs, constantly rescheduling work, and frankly, the customer service has been appalling. I’ve had to practically demand updates, and the owner, Alex, seems more concerned with adding services and increasing his profits than actually resolving the problem or keeping a valued customer. Honestly, I’m left feeling completely ignored and undervalued. I won't hold my breath waiting for them to finally fix this unit, and I’d strongly advise anyone considering using their services to proceed with extreme caution – especially after a sale. report abuse

  I really appreciated Jeff’s visit today. He was so prompt and friendly, and he explained everything about my A/C system really clearly. He recommended a replacement part that would improve its efficiency, and I was happy to go ahead with the installation.
