The company is currently undertaking essential repairs to Building 2’s facade, but a near-disaster occurred when they were forced to quickly address a crumbling section of Building 3’s back wall. This situation underscored a lack of proactive foresight – had the property manager anticipated the potential for this issue, a much more serious accident could have been avoided, potentially endangering residents, pedestrians, and causing significant legal repercussions. Furthermore, I’ve noted instances of unprofessional behavior from the workers themselves, including leaving equipment, trash, and food debris scattered around the work areas, creating unacceptable safety risks for residents and visitors. Ultimately, the responsibility for this oversight lies with the Riverside property manager and Consolidated Waterproofing Contractors’ management. Due to these critical failings in planning, safety protocols, and overall responsibility, I cannot recommend either Riverside Apartments or Consolidated Waterproofing Contractors.
