“Jimmy and his son from Marking Construction did a quick assessment of my property for my insurance claim. While he took a lot of photos, the report itself was quite brief, and he said I’d receive an estimate within 48 hours. Unfortunately, it took five days to arrive, and it was only sent to the adjuster – I wasn't even copied. Because of the poor communication and lack of transparency, it was a really frustrating experience, and I ended up having to follow up myself.”
